It may just have fueled my addiction even more because I find myself making these air-fryer potato chips quite often these days!
What if I told you that these chips are not only crispy and delicious, but they are also made with no funky ingredients? Give these a try, and I promise you’ll never go back to store-bought chips again.
Are These Air-Fryer Potato Chips Healthy?
Low in calories and fat, you better believe it! Potatoes are a good source of fiber, and because these chips aren’t deep-fried, you can snack to your heart’s content without worrying about unhealthy fats. What’s also great is that you can control the amount of salt. Low-fat, low in calories, and low in salt—not many store-bought chips can say that!
Can I make Air-Fryer Potato Chips with any kind of potato?
Absolutely! Though there’s nothing wrong with the humble white potato, it’s not the only potato deserving of our love! Try this recipe with sweet potatoes or even purple potatoes. Not only are these varieties healthy, but they’re also incredibly delicious. And why not try a mix of different potatoes? In fact, you could even try this recipe with other root vegetables, such as carrots or parsnips!

How to Make Ahead And Store
These crispy potato chips are easy to make and easy to store! Leave them out to crisp up on the counter overnight after you make them, and then transfer them to either an airtight container or a Ziploc bag. They will last this way for about 1 week.

Serving Suggestions
This is the BEST of all air-fryer potato chip recipes! Now that we know how to make them, let’s think up some delicious mains to serve with them! Chicken goes great with potatoes, so I recommend cooking some Air-Fryer Chicken Nuggets or Crispy Breaded Chicken In An Air Fryer and some yummy dipping sauce to go with these chips. If you want to keep the air fryer theme going strong, add a side of Air-Fryer Roasted Asian Broccoli, and call it a meal!
