Ingredients
1large russet potato,very thinly sliced (about 1/16 of an inch)
1spraygrapeseed oil cooking spray or any high-heat oil spray, not olive oil
1pinchsea salt
Instructions
Use a paper towel to lightly press out just a little bit of the moisture from the potatoes slices.
Spray the mesh basket of your air fryer with the oil spray and place the potatoes in a single layer inside. You will have to do this in batches.
Spray the tops of the potatoes with the oil and sprinkle with salt. Turn your air fryer to 350°F and cook until the edges of the potatoes are crispy and the potatoes are golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
