FoodFaithFitness lives and breathes all things culinary, delivering tried and tested recipes from our kitchens to yours, sharing our top tips and a little cooking know-how along the way. From vegan specialties to keto-friendly mains and dairy-free desserts, we’ve got something for everyone—as well as plenty of indulgent treats, too (because we all deserve those once in a while, don’t we?). With a catalog of over 3,000 recipes and counting, plus shiny new recipes dropping each and every week, you’ll never be at a loss for meal inspiration again. So preheat that oven and dust off that apron, it’s time to cook!


Our story

Our story began over 12 years ago, when Seattle-based personal trainer and nutrition coach, Taylor Kiser, published her very first post. Over the years, Taylor grew FoodFaithFitness into a site renowned for its simple and healthy meals, with plenty of useful customizations for almost every diet you can think of. Since then, she’s handed over the reins in order to travel the world, but the core values of the website remain.



Today

We’re powered by a passionate team of foodies across the U.S., from the Californian coast to chilly Wisconsin and even among the tranquil corners of Long Island, and beyond. This diverse and talented team comes with years of kitchen experience, as well as their own individual specialisms—whether that’s Whole30 dieting, gluten-free baking, or home-cooked Asian food on a budget. Supported by skillful food photographers and knowledgeable recipe developers, we’re continuing to grow and expand, and look forward to taking you on that journey with us.

Courtney Yost
Recipe Development
Courtney is a classically trained chef based in San Diego, CA. With ten years of experience in the food industry, Courtney has developed a deep understanding of the culinary arts and the craft of writing about cuisine. She began her career journey by graduating with a Baking and Pastry Arts degree and has since expanded her expertise in savory cooking through hands-on experience and coursework in Health and Nutrition, Latin American cuisine, American Regional cuisine, and food safety.

Jonathan Porter
Writer and Editor
Based in Milwaukee, WI, Jonathan brings a wide-ranging culinary expertise that spans Italian, Greek, Japanese, Asian Fusion, and American fare. He’s just as comfortable testing recipes in the kitchen as he is crafting stories at his desk. A voracious writer and recipe developer, he delights in reinventing classic dishes and dreaming up inventive new ones – think handmade basil Margherita pizza or soulful bowls of Shoyu ramen.

Paola Westbeek
Editor
Paola is an experienced American food, wine, and travel journalist with a deep-rooted passion for French and Italian cuisine, as well as a growing focus on plant-based cooking. For over two decades, she has contributed to national and international publications across Europe, North America, and beyond. Since 2022, Paola has distinguished herself by centering her work on plant-based gastronomy, bringing a fresh and thoughtful lens to classic culinary traditions.

Our talented recipe developers begin with thorough research. They then create a recipe which undergoes extensive testing by our experienced culinary team. They ensure the instructions are clear, precise and the recipe yields consistent results. When a recipe doesn’t meet our high standards during testing, our developers refine it until we are confident you will love it as much as we do.

We put an equal amount of care into that with a team of expert editors, reviewing each article we publish to make sure everything is accurate, understandable, and ready to go.
