Ingredients
1large limecut into 8 segments
20mint leaves
2ouncessimple syrup(or to taste)
1/2cupwatermelondiced
3ounceswhite rum
Club sodato top it off

Instructions
Divide the lime segments and mint leaves between two highball glasses. Use a muddler to muddle until the limes and mint break down and release their flavors.
Divide the syrup and watermelon between both glasses and muddle again.
Divide the rum between both glasses, add a few ice cubes and top if off with the club soda. Stir and sip!
