- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint finely chopped
- 5 cups watermelon cubed (and de-seeded, if necessary)
- 1 cup strawberries halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chopped mint to create the dressing. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cubed watermelon, halved strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
Pour the dressing over the mixed fruit and gently toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
