Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

  • Sift matcha powder into a bowl. Add hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy with a bamboo whisk or milk frother.
  • In a blender, combine sliced strawberries and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in the strawberry mixture, and then add almond milk.
  • Gently pour the prepared matcha over the milk. Stir slightly to create a swirl effect.
