Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds fresh salmon fillet skin removed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for cooking
  • 4 buns optional
  • Mixed greens optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, dill, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  • Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties.

  • Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
