Pit the peaches and slice them into wedges. Set aside.

Arrange the lettuce on a serving platter. Arrange the peach slices evenly on top of the greens. Tear the burrata into pieces and distribute them evenly over the salad.

Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately with crostini, if desired.
