- 2 medium cucumbers roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes for serving
In a blender, combine the chopped cucumbers, sugar, lime juice, and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. Press the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well and refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice.
