Ingredients
1tablespoonolive oildivided
14-pound turkey breastbone-in with skin, ribs removed
2teaspoonskosher salt
1/2tablespoondry poultry seasoning
Instructions
Rub a 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil all over the turkey breast. Season both sides with kosher salt and poultry seasoning. Then, rub remaining olive oil over the skin side of the breast to help it get extra crispy.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F. When ready, place the turkey breast in air-fryer basket, skin-side down, and cook for 20 minutes.
Turn turkey breast over and continue to cook for about 30 to 40 minutes more. Use a meat thermometer to test the internal temperature of the meat, and when it reaches 160°F, it's done.
Remove the turkey breast from air fryer and transfer to a chopping board. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
