Ingredients
1tube chilled sugar cookie doughabout 16.5 ounces
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
2tablespoonsunsalted buttersoftened
1 1/4cupspowdered sugarsifted
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Pinchof salt
1cupfresh blueberrieswashed and dried
1cupfresh strawberriessliced
1medium bananasliced
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 12-inch pan with parchment paper and press the chilled dough evenly into the pan. Bake for 13-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden. Remove the pan from the oven and let the crust cool completely on a wire rack.
In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled crust.
Arrange the blueberries in one corner to represent the stars, and form stripes with the sliced strawberries and bananas to mimic the American flag.
